- Clear, itemised bills and official receipts for every payment.
- SMS reminders for appointments and your child's vaccinations.
How do I book an appointment?
Use the online request form or call us. Our front desk calls you back to agree a date and time, and you receive an SMS confirmation.
Do you accept KADCHMA health insurance?
Yes. Bring your KADCHMA enrollee ID card on every visit. Your bill shows what the insurer covers and what, if anything, you pay.
What should I bring to my first visit?
A means of identification, your enrollee ID card if insured, any medicines you are taking and previous test results.
What should I do in an emergency?
Come straight to the hospital. Emergency patients are seen first; you do not need an appointment.
Will I get receipts for payments?
Yes. Every payment receives an official receipt, and your bill is itemised so you can see each charge.
